I WALK THE WATER OF DEEP FAITH: Week 14 Day 1 of the 2015 Meditation Challenge

breath 9I breathe in the breath of perfect health and in each breath I take, God breathes me – as the flow of freedom from all pain, liberation from all appearances, transformation from all that is not the realization of wholeness expressing as me.

I breathe in the breath of now, knowing that in each breath, the universe blesses through me, covering me with the wings of endless angels, filling me with the eternity of infinite love, anointing me with the light of grace that never ends.

I breathe in the Holy Ghost of the garden where I was created and I bathe in the river where all hope lies and all power is present and it lifts me to that place, that space, that sweet continuum of Spirit, where there is no worry, where there is no anxiety, where there is no hatred, where there is no rush, where there is no sickness, where there is no fear, where there is no death, where there is nothing but the glory of wholeness.

I breathe in the moment that walks the water of deep faith and I stay lifted over wave, exalted over billow, empowered over doubt – and nothing and no one causes me to sink.

Oh sweet Bethesda, I breathe through the protection of each stir from your angels – freed from the suffering of all disease, recreated in the miracles of soul after soul after soul who has risen from their mat of affliction – and I walk.

Victory is my name.
