THE POWER OF THE UNIVERSE TRANSFORMS ME IN AN INSTANT: Week 28 Day 7 of the 2015 Meditation Challenge

The power of the universe transforms me in an instant.
I claim my birthright to the power that Spirit expresses as me.
I stop and listen to the divine within.

In this breath, I close my eyes to the outer world and breathe in the awareness of simply being.
I envision God as my breath, breathing in and out.
I enter into the silence.
In this breath, I begin again.
In this breath, I cleanse all of the old toxins.
In this breath, I am: I am that I am.This is a silence that is complete in knowing that we are one with Spirit — not a God of judgment, or vengeance, or wrath — but a Spirit of absolute good, a God of manna that never stops giving, a God of divine law that never stops blessing, a God that never leaves us or forsakes us, a God of perfect health and wholeness, a God whose garment we can touch and know within an instant that we are whole, and we are well, and we are the co-creative essence of the universe, a God of unconditional love.
In the silence, I am still and know that I am God.

In the stillness, I am not trying to go anywhere, or do anything, or impress anyone.

I release everything and everyone and just trust in being.

I am who I need to be.
My good is everywhere present, in every situation and circumstance, in every instant.
In this moment, I begin again.
I am one with God’s breath, one with God’s heart,
one with God’s soul, one with God’s love, one with God’s peace,
one with God’s anointing,
one with God’s grace.
