A 40-Day Meditation Challenge

MEDITATION11Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 22,  we will begin our 40-Day Meditation Challenge.

At the beginning of each day, you will be sent a link to access the meditation.

You can access it any time of day that you like, and as many times as you like.
You just want to make sure that you access at least one meditation a day.
Many meditate the first thing in the morning, so that they are centered for the day’s activities
and divinely guided to experience better clarity, energy and intuition.
Morning and evening will bring about an even more powerful experience.
MEDITATION36 If for some reason your link doesn’t work,
you can access the meditation directly from this website,
http://www.spiritmuvmeditation.com.
meditation3If you stick with this meditation challenge,
you will find that it will change your life.

Forty days is a period of power: a pivotal time period for the change
that you need to bring about the changes that you desire.
The meditation challenge will bless you regardless of religion, creed or culture.
Spiritmuv celebrates all – regardless of religious conviction or faith.
Above all, forty symbolizes completion.
MEDITATION38In the story of Noah, which is told across cultures and denominations,
it rained for 40 days and 40 nights.

MEDITATION20Renewing our consciousness –
transforming our outlook on life –
is important because we cannot solve our challenges
with the same consciousness that created them.
