DAY 4 OF THE 40-DAY MEDITATION CHALLENGE: THE UNIVERSE CONSPIRES TO HELP ME WITH EACH BREATH – November 25, 2016

“Through meditation, we awaken within ourselves
a circle of light,
which will be to us
a pillar of clouds by day,
and a pillar of fire
by night.”
Neville Goddard,
Meditation: The Joyful Art of Persistence

I love the moment I rise and take the first breath.
I love the moment the toxins wash away from my body.
I love the moment I slow down and listen to the silence.
I love the movement of my body –
baring weight to strengthen every muscle;
running to burn calories.
I love the slow sip of water.
I love the walk to places.
I love the smiles sliding of the faces of people moving.
I love the answers to questions coming;
I love the questions themselves.
I love the morning chat.  I love the bridges built; the paths crossed;
the music sung.
I love the bites of delicious food.
I love the dispute; the resolution;
the anger subsided.
I love the moments that come –
expecting nothing.
I love the slow sip of forgetfulness
and the anticipation of the universe
conspiring to help me.
I love every single minute of the day.
