DAY 13 OF THE 40-DAY MEDITATION CHALLENGE: IN THE SILENCE, I AM FILLED BY GOD – December 4, 2016

“What lies on the other side of the appearance of evil
is a void waiting to be filled by God.”

Isaiah 45:36 says “I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, Who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel.  For Jacob My servant’s sake, and Israel My elect, I have even called you by your name; I have named you, though you have not known Me.   am the Lord, and there is no other; there is no God besides Me. I will gird you, though you have not known Me, that they may know from the rising of the sun to its setting that there is none besides Me.”  The treasures of darkness are that aspect of our good that is waiting in the wings; the truth that is in store for us.  This darkness is not bad; it is good.  The unseen is the space where Spirit is doing the work.  The unspoken is the beginning of God’s lips where our name sits on the tip of his tongue.  And what do we hear, if we really listen?  God calling our name.  Listen, in the silence and hear the power of God calling your name.  Embrace the power of Spirit proclaiming you by saying throughout this meditation to yourself, and throughout the day:  God calls my name.
