With each breath that we take, we realize that we are one.
Breathe in, and breathe out.
And in each breath, release.
Let go of worry.
Let go of fear.
Let go of resentment.
Let go of pain.

Find yourself in the center of being one with now.
In the now, you are being still,
sitting in the pure love of being.
You can be sitting in a chair, or on the floor,”or simply lying still,
or you can be in the stillness of a walk, or a dance.
Whatever you do, it is okay.

Rest your hands wherever they’re comfortable.
Close your eyes if you are still.
Feel the energy of absolute good fill every bone, every muscle, every organ, every cell of your body.

Allow this energy of love and light fill your entire being.
