LOVE BREATHES THE WHOLE BEING OF WHO I AM: October 18, 2017

“Just as our brain creates neural pathways to respond to stress,
we can create neural pathways that increase our ability to focus;
be in the moment;
and increase our awareness,
our openness to others,
and our compassion.”
Tim Ryan, from A Mindful Nation: How a Simple Practice
Can Help Us Reduce Stress, Improve Performance,
and Recapture the American Spirit
Anytime I feel as though I am no longer in the center of my breath,
I remind myself that I am here.

Nothing ever leaves me or forsakes me.
I am in the infinite grace of being one,
and the presence and power of absolute good
is in me.

In each breath, I remember love.
Love breathes me as one with all that is.

Love heals me.
Love is the whole being of who I am.
