neither yesterday or today, is simply being.
By breathing in, we resonate
with the absolute good
of everyone and everything.
By breathing out, we realize that
love is the fullness of being.
By breathing in, we forgive.
By breathing out, we release.
Mindfulness is the truth
that we are here to love one another
without condition.
